New living lab to offer stormwater management research and teaching opportunities

Assistant Professor Ryan Winston's capstone classes will soon have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on a cutting edge stormwater management system to be installed in Ohio State's burgeoning Innovation District.
The West Campus system and accompanying financial support represent a new collaboration between Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS) and The Ohio State University that, in addition to offering students increased learning opportunities outside of traditional classroom instruction, aims to make the campus environment more sustainable through enhanced recycling efforts and other initatives.
