Predicting the next COVID-19 outbreak

Working with a team of Ohio State researchers, Ohio Water Resources Center Associate Director Zuzana Bohrerova provides data collected at wastewater treatment facilities to public health officials. Bohrerova and her colleagues intend for this data to be a valuable resource for communities' fight against the pandemic as it can help predict where local COVID-19 hot spots may appear next.
