Energy regulation in Ohio

The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law program on Law and Capital Markets @ Ohio State in collaboration with The Ohio State University's Office of Energy and the Environment, the Moritz Business Law Society and the Moritz Energy Law Society is presenting, "Ohio Energy, Emerging Issues in Law, Finance and Regulation," on Wednesday, April 9, 2014.

Jeff Bielicki, Assistant Professor, Civil, Environmental and Geodetic Engineering and the John Glenn School of Public Affairs will be speaking in Panel III:  "Energy Regulations in Ohio:  Where Should We Be?"  He will talk about the benefits, drawbacks, and regulatory concerns regarding hydraulic fracturing and the impact it may have, along with new EPA rules that limit carbon dioxide, on electricity generation in Ohio.
